Who we are
Granddad Kev and its companion channels operate this website, https://granddadssurvival.com/, and the Granddad Kev app. Contact: barrelmakerconsulting@gmail.com.
The Granddad Kev app
The Granddad Kev app uses YouTube API Services only to upload and manage videos on our own YouTube channels. It doesn’t collect, store or share data from other YouTube users.
By using this app you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)
Google Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy
You can revoke this app’s access to a Google account at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Open that page, select Granddad Kev, and remove its access. After access is removed, the app cannot upload or manage videos for that account.
Website visitors
This website publishes articles and pages. It does not use Matomo, Google Analytics, or another visitor analytics service. Public pages do not load those scripts. A normal visit does not set a cookie.
The site has a search box. The words you search for are sent to the site so it can show matching pages.
The site has a newsletter form. If you submit an email address, that address is sent to this site and stored for the newsletter.
You can create a member account. The form asks for a username, an email address, a password, and your name. The site stores the username, email address, and name. The name is marked as visible on your public profile. The password is stored as a hash. Signed-in members can use the activity, groups, and members pages, and can post comments on articles. What you post there is stored on the site. When you sign in, the site sets a login cookie so it can keep you signed in.
